According to Alan Hamel, 87 years old, who was married to Suzanne Somers for nearly 50 years, three strange events occurred on the same day at their Palm Springs home, where the actress spent her final moments.

The first was the unexpected visit of a hummingbird, which flew into the house and hovered around the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Remarkably, the bird stopped and hovered in front of a framed photograph of the couple, even landing on it. Hamel, moved, managed to capture a photo of this moment.

The second event was even more unusual: the fireplace in the house spontaneously lit up, without any human intervention. And, as if that wasn’t enough, a song by Suzanne Somers’ favorite composer began to play, evoking memories of the actress. Hamel noted that the composer of the music is relatively unknown, which makes the occurrence even more mysterious.

The widower also revealed that, when he goes to bed, he often feels the presence of Somers beside him, as if she were still there, sharing those moments with him.

Suzanne Somers passed away last October, one day before her 77th birthday, while holding the hand of her beloved husband. The couple, known for their intense love life, spent 55 years together, rarely being apart for more than an hour, according to Somers’ representative to Page Six.
